Hello, my name is Shawna Martin. I want to share with you how God healed me from the traumas of being sexually, verbally and physically abused over 40 years, overcame decades of anxiety and depression and became free of a life filled with addictions and codependency. 

Healing is a process, health is the goal but we can find hope in the midst of it all.
